Field Service Technician, Automated Teller Machines (ATM)

The Field Service Technician, Automated Teller Machines (ATM) role is onsite in Naperville, IL, with service work in an assigned geographic territory. Pay is $24 per hour. Nautilus Hyosung America develops and delivers ATM self-service technology. The technician maintains ATM availability by installing, repairing, and servicing equipment at customer locations. The role also supports customers through equipment training, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and timely service reporting.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs and other products in an assigned territory. Train bank staff or vendors on equipment maintenance. Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
• manage spare parts and inventory
• complete reports
• meet service-level agreements
• and provide customer support. On-call duty is required, and occasional travel outside the home territory may be needed.

Why this role

On-call duty is required and compensated. The role may require an associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience; prior ATM experience is preferred but not required. Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
