The role exists to provide evidence-based primary care across acute, chronic, and preventive needs. It manages a patient panel, conducts in-office and testing-center visits, collaborates with clinical teams, performs procedures as appropriate, and supervises one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues.

What you'll do

• Manage a patient panel and conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• treat patients in offices and testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• participate in clinical rounds and team huddles
• use clinical training and perform in-office procedures
• supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
• obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states as needed.
