• Facilitate and document resident concern resolution

• analyze resident concerns and satisfaction survey results
• maintain housing data and audit-ready records
• develop standard operating procedures
• review property management practices and contracts
• apply affordable housing compliance knowledge
• coordinate with asset and risk management.
