What you'll do

• Provide psychotherapy to a caseload of 5–10 clients
• provide technical and clinical direction to staff and, as applicable, clinical supervision to associate therapists or student interns
• help manage staff and patient flow
• coordinate performance outcome reporting and compliance
• provide direct care on one to two clinic days and support during staff shortages or as directed
• ensure timely clinical documentation
• assist with reports and corrective action plans
• support a safe, welcoming environment
• participate in planning, meetings, and staff training.

Why this role
