The Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager, APM Implementation role is hybrid, with three onsite days in Durham, NC. The full-time assignment is a six-month-plus contract with potential to extend or convert to a permanent role, and pays $48–$58 per hour on W-2. Addison Group is recruiting for a technology consulting firm supporting a renewable energy client’s Asset Performance Management system implementation. The role coordinates project activities across business and technical stakeholders, supports implementation workstreams, and drives execution. It also organizes user acceptance testing, tracks risks and deliverables, and supports training and change management to help the client implement the system effectively.

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities for a system implementation

• manage stakeholder and vendor coordination
• organize project meetings and status updates
• track deliverables, risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
• support end-user training and change management.
