What you'll do

• Read and document communication logs and inform the nurse when needed
• complete incident reports
• dispense and pass medications and document in the MAR
• assist residents with self-administration
• count narcotics
• support life enrichment
• follow training requirements and protect resident privacy
• complete delegated tasks
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members.
