What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to orthopedic, neuro-spine, medical-surgical, and postsurgical patients
• manage patient needs including pain management
• perform IV starts and telemetry-related duties
• float to other medical-surgical units as required
• complete the required EKG testing before starting.

Why this role

Requires two years of orthopedic experience, BCLS, NIH, and EPIC experience for first-time travelers. The schedule is 12-hour nights, with 36 or 48 hours offered; every other weekend is required. ACLS, charge nurse experience, and Level I trauma experience are preferred.
