The Culinary Intern — Hard Rock Stadium, Fall 2025 role is an onsite, full-time internship in Miami Gardens, FL, paying $18–$20 per hour. The intern supports Sodexo Live!’s Executive Culinary Team in planning culinary operations for major stadium events. Hard Rock Stadium hosts sporting and entertainment events including the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. The role exists to support culinary research and development, menu planning, and event operations, helping the team develop and scale food concepts for large audiences while learning about stadium hospitality.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with chefs and food-and-beverage leadership on culinary research and development
• create, update, and audit recipe cost cards and build sheets
• assist with specialty menus, tastings, and concept presentations
• participate in event planning meetings
• support culinary standard operating procedures, food safety documentation, vendor relations, event logistics, food costing, production plans, and kitchen layouts
• present research and concepts to internal and client stakeholders.
