The Medication Assistant ensures resident well-being by administering prescribed medications, monitoring health status, and assisting with personal care tasks to maintain a positive and supportive living experience.

What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications, assist with activities of daily living, obtain and record vital signs, provide psycho-social support, assist with transfers and mobility, and document resident care outcomes.
