What you'll do

• Stock, rotate, and display fresh and frozen seafood
• monitor freshness and storage temperatures
• clean and sanitize cases, equipment, and prep areas
• package, weigh, and label seafood
• assist customers with selections, cooking tips, and requests
• follow food safety and handling procedures
• unload and organize deliveries
• support the department manager and coworkers.
