What you'll do

• Review statements of work and supporting documents
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, subcontracted services, logistics, transportation, mobilization, and recurring operations
• prepare Basis of Estimate packages and cost narratives
• support Concepts of Operation and technical approaches
• document assumptions and exclusions
• evaluate vendor quotes
• support proposal pricing and technical content
• maintain estimate files and improve estimating tools and processes.
