What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and team supervision
• supervise psychological assessments and review reports and charts
• provide didactics
• participate in internship recruitment and evaluation
• consult on intake decisions and referrals
• monitor documentation, staff development, productivity, and compliance
• conduct quality reviews and follow up on corrective plans
• collaborate on care delivery and program changes.
