Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. The role supports the management of an assigned apartment property and assumes the manager's responsibilities in the manager's absence. The assistant manager maintains financial and resident records, supports leasing and resident relations, and coordinates administrative and property operations. This work helps keep property management, resident services, and reporting functions organized and compliant with applicable policies and laws.

What you'll do

• Maintain resident records and daily records of rents, deposits, and application fees
• prepare bank deposit logs and deposits
• issue notices and track delinquent rents
• coordinate collections and eviction processes
• train leasing staff in office procedures
• inspect the property and report service needs
• support lease renewals and leasing
• answer calls and assist prospective and current residents
• maintain availability lists and reports
• organize leases and paperwork
• process move-ins and move-outs
• route resident service requests to maintenance and follow up.
