Facilities Operations Specialist

Job overview

The Facilities Operations Specialist role is onsite at OSU-Stillwater in Stillwater, OK, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and occasional evenings and weekends for special events. Compensation is $20.00–$23.50 per hour. The role supports the Spears School of Business and its students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

What you'll do

• Coordinate facility and equipment setups for meetings, conferences, and special events
• monitor building usage
• ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• assist with routine maintenance and upkeep
• provide backup duplication services for exams, syllabi, and other academic materials
• supervise student employees
• manage space and inventory needs
• coordinate work orders and facility requests
• and provide a point of contact for classroom technology and basic computer support.

Why this role
