• participate in surveys and inspections
• apply dining-services practices and regulations

Why this role

Requirements include an accredited dietetic training course, Food Service Sanitation certification, CDM certification, state registration, and at least three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility. A culinary or hospitality degree is preferred.
