What you'll do
- Supervise and support SEP staff delivering services under individualized rehabilitation plans
- coordinate referrals, intakes, and assessments
- monitor employment outcomes and maintain Medicaid billing records
- oversee vocational goal-setting, placement, job coaching, and retention support
- integrate SEP plans with OMHC and PRP treatment teams
- ensure documentation complies with COMAR and CARF
- train and support staff in evidence-based models such as IPS
- develop employer partnerships
- participate in audits, QAPI reviews, program improvement, leadership meetings, and strategic planning
- ensure HIPAA compliance and safe service delivery.

Why this role
Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services required; master's preferred. Maryland licensure is preferred and required if the role includes clinical rehabilitation planning or documentation. Five years of relevant experience and prior leadership or supervisory experience are required.
