What you'll do

• Lead associates and teams across the retail center
• monitor safety, customer service, product flow, and store presentation
• manage breaks and redirect staff
• coach employees and provide initial write-ups
• assist with opening and closing
• verify daily sales paperwork, count drawers, and make change
• assist with inventory
• handle customer complaint escalations and donation decisions
• and cross-train in store procedures and equipment.

Why this role

Requires open availability, including evenings and weekends; store hours are 9 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Saturday and 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Sunday, with shifts potentially starting at 7 a.m. and ending as late as 10 p.m.
