Field Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide centralized Level 1 operational support to field technicians and internal teams through multiple contact channels
• assist with customer service orders
• support restoration and provisioning tasks such as ONT changes and activations
• validate service completion
• maintain facilities, network mapping, and logical inventory across copper and fiber areas
• correct discrepancies
• triage order fallouts
• troubleshoot issues, document processes, review checklists, and develop reference implementations.
