The Maintenance Janitorial role is onsite in Springfield, IL, with a stated schedule of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Pay is $17.84 per hour. Hope provides clinical, educational, and therapeutic services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. The role supports the Maintenance Department’s responsibility for cleanliness and sanitation across Hope facilities. It performs scheduled deep cleaning beyond daily housekeeping and helps maintain facility interiors, exteriors, grounds, and shared spaces.

What you'll do

• Maintain scheduled deep-cleaning for assigned areas and departments
• maintain grounds, drives, walkways, building exteriors, and interiors
• perform floor care and painting
• clean bathrooms, furniture, sub-kitchens, appliances, walls, and woodwork
• follow sanitation procedures.
