Utility Analyst

What you'll do

• Retrieve utility bills from FileNet
• verify that bills are received for each facility and billing period
• audit charges and usage
• pursue reimbursement for incorrectly billed amounts
• identify billing issues, unusual usage, trends, and peak billing cycles and notify the Energy Manager
• create graphs, charts, diagrams, and reports
• review meter data against bill charges
• assist with metering program expansion using site requirement spreadsheets
• use Utility Manager Pro/Energy Center tools to verify database data and analyze usage patterns.
