What you'll do

• Provide care and support to homeless individuals and families in a shelter
• reinforce personal care and hygiene, community living, communication, and socialization skills
• implement person-centered activities and goals
• maintain accurate and timely progress notes and reports
• maintain required First Aid/CPR and other certifications
• transport individuals as needed with a valid driver’s license.
