What you'll do

• Identify and secure internship and employment opportunities
• develop placements based on student interests and available opportunities
• match students to placements and track progress
• monitor students at internship sites and obtain employer feedback
• develop and facilitate weekly seminars
• assess work readiness and skill development
• onboard interns and manage timesheets
• coordinate with advocate counselors and post-secondary staff
• and maintain Salesforce and student records.
