Traveling Construction Superintendent

The Traveling Construction Superintendent role is onsite at project locations nationwide and requires 90–100% travel. The anticipated compensation range is $90,000–$120,000 per year. Sevan provides construction, program management, real estate and site development, and architecture and engineering services for commercial and public-sector clients. The superintendent leads field operations from groundbreaking through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and documentation. The role helps deliver construction projects on schedule and in accordance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee onsite construction activities
• direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• manage look-ahead schedules, deliveries, equipment, and labor
• enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
• conduct safety meetings, inspections, and job hazard analyses
• inspect work and coordinate testing
• maintain daily reports
• communicate field updates
• manage punch lists, final inspections, demobilization, and turnover.
