What you'll do

• Manage project completion, schedule, budget, safety, and quality
• review contract and design documents
• coordinate with the superintendent, subcontractors, clients, and project teams
• maintain master schedules and reports
• coordinate MEP-intensive scopes and phased turnover
• manage commissioning, acceptance, warranties, and change orders
• oversee cost control and subcontract awards
• identify and resolve project risks.
