What you'll do

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift
• manage facility performance against production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite
• identify throughput bottlenecks and execute corrective plans with site leadership and associates
• conduct weekly performance reviews
• lead daily manager huddles
• support continuous improvement and process training
• develop leads and managers
• uphold operating, health, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
