What you'll do

• Schedule patient appointments and collect demographic and insurance information
• make outbound calls to schedule internal diagnostic testing referrals
• maintain and update testing schedules
• review availability and fill openings from cancellation lists
• update cancellations and reschedules and notify patients and staff
• review appointment lists for errors and resolve scheduling conflicts.
