What you'll do

• Lead partner acquisition, lead generation, content strategy, funnel management, conversion, retention, and reactivation
• set and monitor KPIs
• direct Partner Relations and Ministerial Relations teams
• oversee key-partner cultivation and major-donor engagement
• lead team performance and development
• manage departmental budget and resource allocation
• report performance and recommendations to the Chief Growth Officer
• collaborate with Creative Services, Communications, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Operations.
