Certification Specialist — Rowan Towers

The specialist monitors occupancy, recertifications, and tax-credit requirements, prepares reports, reviews move-in and recertification files, and communicates with agencies, owners, and onsite staff to support compliant housing operations.

What you'll do

• Track HUD, state agency, and tax-credit rules
• prepare property reports
• review recertification and move-in packages
• prepare training materials
• make site visits as needed to assist onsite staff
• attend relevant seminars
• monitor annual recertifications
• communicate with owners and agencies
• perform other administrative duties as assigned.
