What you'll do

• Lead Land business participation in SAP implementation, conversion, integration, and stabilization
• lead cross-functional projects involving Land, Division Orders, Revenue Accounting, Joint Interest Billing, Accounts Payable, and related functions
• define scope, objectives, requirements, success measures, risks, dependencies, and decisions
• maintain integrated plans for requirements, data readiness, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support
• facilitate process-design sessions
• document current and future processes
• coordinate subject-matter experts and project progress
• translate business requirements for technical teams and implementation partners
• lead data-conversion readiness, reconciliation, validation, and sign-off
• oversee user acceptance testing and defect tracking
• identify upstream and downstream impacts
• incorporate controls and operational requirements
• escalate risks and decisions
• develop change-management and training plans
• coordinate hypercare and transition to operational support
• mentor analysts
• evaluate workflow automation, data integration, and AI-enabled improvements.
