What you'll do

• Respond to calls, leads, and voicemails
• create and maintain job records
• use Xactimate to prepare invoices and estimates
• assess properties using photos, communications, videos, and MICA
• create, submit, and present estimates
• bill customers, clients, and insurers
• coordinate communication among parties
• manage multiple job files
• close completed jobs in the project management system.
