Store Lead, Part-Time

The Store Lead role is onsite in Bethesda, MD, and pays $22.99–$25.48 per hour. The part-time position is part of the ARC’TERYX store leadership team and requires availability for at least two of three weekend days, plus one weekday opening and one weekday closing shift. The role supports the store’s guest experience, product, community, operations, and people functions. The Store Lead guides Product Guides on the sales floor, coaches team members, supports inventory and store operations, and helps deliver a strong guest experience. The role contributes to store targets and community engagement while carrying out company initiatives and procedures.

What you'll do

• Support the in-store experience and lead from the sales floor
• share technical product knowledge
• coach and provide feedback to Product Guides
• support inventory management, receiving, restocking, and visual merchandising
• communicate company initiatives and policies
• oversee sales targets, labor, and budget tools
• support community events and partnerships
• manage opening and closing procedures
• process guest transactions using the point-of-sale system.
