The Property Manager — Wildlife Sanctuary role is onsite at Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary in Barnstable, MA. Pay is $21.75–$22.50 per hour. Mass Audubon works to protect Massachusetts nature for people and wildlife. The role maintains sanctuary buildings, grounds, trails, and equipment while supporting visitor access and daily program needs. Working with colleagues, staff, and volunteers, the Property Manager carries out maintenance plans, addresses site issues, and helps keep the sanctuary welcoming and operational.

What you'll do

• Perform building and custodial maintenance
• remove trash and recycling
• maintain trails, boardwalks, picnic tables, signage, and boundaries
• control invasive species
• mow and set up programs
• develop and complete maintenance work plans
• address sanctuary issues
• maintain tools and assist with vehicle maintenance
• assist with seasonal staff and volunteers
• coordinate special projects and events.
