Registered Nurse — Assertive Community Treatment

What you'll do

• Lead and participate in medication administration, education, and medical services
• maintain medication and medical-treatment policies
• evaluate and document medication effectiveness and side effects
• coordinate lab work and medical assessments
• develop and revise recovery plans with clients and the team
• manage medication distribution and supplies
• coordinate care with psychiatrists and external providers
• provide team cross-training
• participate in evening, weekend, and holiday coverage and be on call as needed
• transport clients in the community
• complete documentation.
