What you'll do

• Supervise Residential Advisors, including scheduling support and direction
• maintain safe, clean, orderly dormitory operations
• evaluate situations and make decisions or recommendations
• enforce center policies and behavioral expectations
• ensure staff coverage and accountability
• coach staff and report performance concerns
• oversee student accountability and event documentation
• coordinate dorm activities and student development
• support career preparation and orientation
• coordinate with counselors and departments
• respond to health, safety, and behavioral concerns
• identify maintenance needs and initiate work orders
• maintain staff, student, and property accountability.
