This position supports the CenterWell Home Health team in providing personalized rehabilitation care to patients in their homes. The role exists to evaluate and treat disorders of speech, language, voice, and swallowing to help patients regain independence. The therapist develops care plans, administers diagnostic tests, and provides training to patients and families to improve functional communication and swallowing safety.
