What you'll do

• Travel among assigned tax sites
• engage clients and explain available benefits and services
• conduct preliminary public-benefit screening
• assist with applications, renewals, and documentation
• support Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program assistance when assigned
• make warm referrals and follow up
• maintain accurate records and protect client information
• obtain and maintain required IRS certifications
• follow tax-site procedures and role boundaries.
