Restoration Supervisor — Fire and Water Restoration

Job overview

The Restoration Supervisor role is onsite in Downingtown, PA, and pays $20–$25 per hour. The supervisor is a front-line representative of SERVPRO’s customer-focused restoration services. The role coordinates and performs project work, supervises restoration technicians, and monitors quality and customer satisfaction. It helps fulfill service needs by keeping projects organized, documenting work, and communicating progress and issues to project managers and office staff.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and perform scheduled production processes and quality control
• manage customer experience and satisfaction
• communicate expectations to and supervise restoration technicians
• maintain detailed job files
• manage labor and consumable use
• communicate project progress and issues to project managers and office staff
• follow OSHA job-safety guidelines
• protect equipment and materials
• coach and train technicians.
