What you'll do
- Prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications as ordered
- verify resident identity and observe medication use
- maintain medication cart and room
- document and report errors, refusals, and reactions
- notify nursing staff when refills are needed
- assist residents with hygiene, toileting, and daily living activities
- assist CNAs when needed.
