The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP/QMHP-T) role is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with a stated pay range of $24–$29 per hour. New Pathways Youth and Adult Services provides home-based services to children and adults with mental health diagnoses in several listed Virginia communities. The role provides intensive in-home counseling and mental health skill-building services. It supports clients’ safety and stability through behavioral interventions, individualized service planning, documentation, and education and advocacy for families.

What you'll do

• Provide intensive in-home counseling and mental health skill-building services
• complete timely documentation in compliance with DBHDS
• assist with individualized service plans and updates
• provide behavioral interventions and solutions
• maintain client files
• attend weekly supervision, staff meetings, and training
• provide education and advocacy for parents and families.
