The Inside Sales Engineer role is onsite in Elk Grove Village, IL. Compensation is $75,000–$82,500 per year. The role grows existing and emerging accounts by matching products to customer application needs and providing technical and sales support. Account development, customer service, CRM records, and market feedback help strengthen customer relationships and contribute to sales growth.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain customer relationships and existing accounts
• develop emerging accounts and sales opportunities
• develop inside-sales activities and promotions
• select products based on application needs and respond to inquiries, RFQs, and sizing requests
• provide customer service on pricing, delivery, returns, and complaints
• provide technical troubleshooting and product information
• record customer information in CRM
• prepare sales reports and share market feedback across departments. Account visits, trade shows, seminars, customer events, and employee training may be part of the role as needed.
