What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient condition
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and prescribed interventions
• respond to changes and clinical emergencies
• coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• educate patients and families
• maintain clinical documentation and follow infection-control, patient-safety, and quality standards.
