Quality Assurance Specialist I

What you'll do

• Create test plans and scenarios and test software releases, fixes, and updates
• analyze discrepancies and follow through on corrective actions
• assist with application setup, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and maintenance
• review and test user-reported production issues
• use issue-tracking software
• perform statistical reviews and submit reports to external vendors
• review project documentation and computer-generated reports
• maintain forms and testing procedures
• and participate in software product development or enhancements.
