Camp Aquatics Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily aquatics operations and risk management.
• Supervise, schedule, and coach lifeguards/watchers.
• Deliver training on rescue skills, emergency response, and camper engagement.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and camp procedures.
• Coordinate swim times with camp leaders, adapt plans for weather, and support organized transitions and team communication.
