The Sales & Marketing Director / Sales Manager role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD, full time, with a stated pay range of $70,000–$120,000 per year. The role leads sales and marketing for Signature Companies’ homebuilding and development operations, a construction business serving Sioux Falls and the surrounding region. The position exists to grow revenue from for-sale housing by leading sales activity, strengthening market relationships, and guiding pricing, product, inventory, and marketing decisions in coordination with company leadership.

What you'll do

• Develop sales strategies and oversee sales performance
• lead the sales team and third-party realtors
• monitor open houses, listings, buyer follow-up, and realtor performance
• maintain CRM data
• represent the company in the local real estate market
• build relationships with realtors, brokers, buyers, and industry partners
• manage sales and marketing partnerships and budgets
• recommend pricing, incentives, housing starts, floor plans, features, finishes, and product changes
• monitor inventory, sales activity, and market trends.

Why this role
