What you'll do

• Lead engaging, playful, uplifting 60-minute brain-body fitness classes
• implement the 21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease
• guide spontaneous movements performed while seated in a chair
• source upbeat music and curate playlists
• encourage a 10-minute daily home-practice routine
• adapt routines for memory care units, healthcare centers, or community centers.

Why this role
