What you'll do

• Manage and supervise nursing staff on the assigned unit
• oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• monitor resident outcomes, quality measures, and regulatory compliance
• coach, mentor, and evaluate staff
• ensure accurate documentation and reporting
• participate in resident and family meetings
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• and participate in the clinical leadership call rotation. Requires an active Wisconsin RN or LPN license and at least three years of nursing experience
• long-term care or skilled nursing experience is required, while leadership experience is preferred.
