The Banking Solutions Representative role is an onsite position at the assigned branch in Big Run, PA. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The role supports the paying and receiving functions of Marion Center Bank’s branch office. The representative assists customers with transactions and account services, processes deposits and withdrawals, balances cash, and supports branch controls and reporting. The role contributes to accurate branch operations, responsive customer service, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers with transactions and account changes
• accept deposits and process withdrawals, check cashing, cashier’s checks, and payments
• open and close consumer accounts and safe deposit boxes
• explain account disclosures and bank products
• process stop-payment orders and deposit items
• balance cash drawers and branch transactions
• assist with ATM and vault balancing
• prepare reports and support regulatory compliance
• coordinate work with branch personnel and other departments.
