The Per Diem Phlebotomist role is onsite in Buffalo Grove, IL, supporting both listed locations. The stated hourly rate is $20.00–$23.00. The position supports Pinnacle Fertility’s Illinois team and its fertility patients’ care journey. The phlebotomist collects and prepares blood samples, maintains accurate identification and documentation, and works with laboratory and clinical staff to support timely, accurate testing and a reassuring patient experience.

What you'll do

• Perform venipuncture and skin punctures
• identify patients, label samples, and document accurately
• prepare and transport samples for testing
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• reassure and instruct patients
• monitor phlebotomy supplies
• collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff
• follow lab policies and regulatory requirements.
