Mitigation Technician

Job overview

The Mitigation Technician works onsite in Henderson, KY, with pay of $16–$20 per hour. The role supports Paul Davis Restoration’s work restoring properties and serving people after disasters. Working under the Mitigation Manager, the technician performs mitigation and restoration services to help restore properties after events such as floods and fires. The role contributes through careful project work, customer service, and support for the mitigation team.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation under the Mitigation Manager’s supervision.
• Maintain the truck and equipment, assist with warehouse and facility tasks, support teammates, and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
