• Contact subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to request bids
• follow up for pricing and documentation
• maintain bid lists and databases
• organize quotes and project information
• assist with bid packages and estimates
• coordinate communications
• review submissions for completeness
• update spreadsheets and project systems
• schedule meetings and site visits
• maintain project files
• support project managers with coordination tasks.
